In November, 2001, Becky Brown wrote about Ginny Marsh:
I have a beautiful hand-built vessel which she gave to Karl and me on our 50th wedding anniversary. It is about 21 inches tall with a circular earth design fired to varied earth colors and lots of texture. One of our friends came into our living room. His eyes fell on Ginny's pot. He stopped and said "That pot has the whole cosmos in it". And so it does.
When I walked into her show at the Friedman Gallery in Louisville, Kentucky, I felt as if I should sit down on the floor among the pots and meditate in a whole gallery of her pottery creations.
